Toxic people will seek to bring you down, 

Their narcissism knows no bounds, 

Good people are attracted to authenticity, 

Your powerful magnetic electricity, 

Your superweapon against toxicity, 

Choose simplicity, 

Embrace your eccentricities, 

We need to give them publicity, 

As integrity has limitless possibilities, 

It wipes away hostilities, 

Toxic people hold no value or place, 

A disgrace, on this earth, 

No soul, no worth, 

A curse, 

But their spell can be broken, 

Your authentic self-voice needs to be spoken.

No longer adopt other people’s stories, 

Live your own unique life of glory, 

This is your time, your century, 

Learn all you can, be it sight or auditory, 

Not forced or mandatory, 

Choose your direction and territory, 

That path may start wide or be bumpy at first, 

But this is something that need not be rehearsed, 

Stop, maybe you need to reverse, 

Don't need to always be first, 

Converse, in your council  

Renounce want doesn't work, 

Enjoy your quirks, 

The tapestry of your life's artwork, 

It’s yours to be proud of,  

So, paint your story, 

Step forth and live your life's unique glory. 

Don't fear your scars.  
Even if they remind you,  
Don't let them define you, 
You've always had beauty deep down inside you, 
So flaunt it, display it, shake off your past, 
Rebuild self-esteem, take off your mask, 
You can achieve all that you dream, 

Time to be seen,
So own it, embrace it, be all that you are, 
You are so beautiful, your beautiful scars. 

Take a moment right now and just stop,  

Take time to slow it down before your body drops, 

As you read these words take a deep breath in,  

Hold it and exhale after the next rhyme begins, 

Let it out now let the stress subside,  

As we move to the next line know I am on your side, 

Sometimes our perceptions are not always truths,  

Refocus your mind those restraints can be cut loose,  

Know you have what it takes to reach your next goals,
